Mediflex® Universal Post Couplers, ½” to ½” (1.3 to 1.3cm). With 2 field posts, the Universal Bilateral Round Bar System is incredibly stable, even when lifting the chest wall in upper abdominal procedures and liver transplants. The ½” to ½” (1.3 to 1.3cm) Post Coupler (shown here) attaches the Angled Lateral Arms to the Hinged Bilateral Crossbar. They are also used to attach a Bridge to close the gap in a “Split-ring” and Bilateral retractor frames.
