Top Mount Strong Arm™ Holder and Positioner. This Arm features a Top-Mount which allows 360° rotation in the Horizontal Plane. It also has an extra long vertical post which adds 6 1/4″ (15.6cm) of additional height to the system. By adding the Top Mount and the extra long post, this Arm becomes the “Gold Standard” for holding Nathanson Liver Retractors in Laparoscopic Surgery. Complete with Quick Disconnect Tip. It must be attached to the OR Table with the Mediflex® Heavy Duty Rail Clamp or similar device (available separately.)
