StrongArm™ Holder and Positioner with Short Distal Segment. A StrongArm Holder and Positioner is the ideal choice when holding an instrument that should not move during the course of the surgical procedure. The Short Distal Arm Strong Arm Holder and Positioner comes complete with a Quick Disconnect Tip. It must be attached to the OR Table with the Mediflex® Heavy Duty Rail Clamp or similar device (available separately.) It features a short distal arm segment for use with the Mini-Bookler® Table Mounted Retractor System in neonatal surgery or in some adult small incision procedures such as Carotid Endarterectomies. This arm is “Front Mounted” with 360° rotation in the Vertical Plane.
