StrongArm™ Holder and Positioner. A StrongArm Holder and Positioner is the ideal choice when holding an instrument that should not move during the course of the surgical procedure. The Standard Single Arm Strong Arm Holder and Positioner comes complete with a Quick Disconnect Tip and Heavy Duty Rail Clamp. It can be used with the Mini-Bookler® Table Mounted Retractor System in neonatal surgery or in some adult small incision procedures. It can also hold Laparoscopic Instruments such as Fan Retractors. This arm is “Front Mounted” with 360° rotation in the Vertical Plane.
