Mediflex® Universal Round Bar General Surgery System (Frame with Interchangeable Arms.) For those surgeons who prefer a “Round Bar” System rather than the Bookler Style, we offer the Mediflex Universal Round Bar Table Mounted Retractor. It utilizes the same field post and coupler as our Bookler System, but has a familiar “Split-Ring” Style Frame. This assortment is a basic general surgery system. The Frame features Interchangeable Arms and is supplied with both short arms and long arms.
