Mediflex® Universal Round Bar Small Incision System with StrongArm™ Plus Holder and Positioner. For those surgeons who prefer a “Round Bar” System rather than the Bookler Style, we offer the Mediflex Universal Round Bar Table Mounted Retractor. It utilizes the same Field Post and Coupler as our Bookler System, but has a familiar “Split-Ring” Style Frame. This assortment is a basic small incision system. The Frame is 10″ x 11″ (25cm x 27.5cm) in it’s normal position.
